HOW MUCH WATER YOU SHOULD DRINK?

The human body is dehydrated when it looses more water than gets. Most often, we feel thirsty only when our body has lost 1 l of liquids, which is why we need to drink water regularly, even if we don't feel thirsty.
 
The mechanism of thirst for 37% of people is so weak that it is often taken for hunger. It is recommended to drink approx. 2 l of water daily, yet consumption of liquids also depends on physical activity, climate, the condition of the body, etc. While going in for sports, in summer we loose many liquids, therefore we should drink more water.
